As we continue to look after our fabulous brides we are growing our team as we often have to turn people down. More highly trained and experienced artists join our team, welcome Tee, Mary and Julie!
2018 We Moved!Our new home in 9 Bond Street
We decided to create a new warm and intimate space for our brides. Creating a by appointment space meant that we could give more personalised attention. Also a bonus is that we are now working along some of the best creatives in Irealnd, including Ebony & Pearl Bridal Photographers.
2016 The Team ExpandsJennifer and Noeleen Join the Team
Noeleen had been working as a freelance makeup artist for many years before joining the team and Jennifer had been an actor. They both joined the same month and have been inseparable ever since, either travelling abroad for destination weddings or exotic shoots or tv work.
2014 EF Creative StudiosOur Studio opens on South Lotts Rd, Dublin 4
We opened our first studio to the public. This was a large airy space where we can took appointments for Bridal as well as Occasional Hair and Makeup.
2012 Lisa RedmondLisa Joins the Team
Emma met Lisa when she was teaching a course in makeup artistry. Lisa got in touch to work with Emma afterwards and they have been together ever since. Lisa's career has gone from strength to strength and she in now one of the most sought after artists in Ireland.
2009 Emma Farrell MakeupEmma goes it alone!
After a wonderful time abroad, Emma returned to Ireland in the heart of the recession. After struggling to get a job, she decided to look at re-opening her business and set out as a freelance makeup artist. Working on film, tv, theatre and of course bridal, Emma did every type of makeup she could.
2006 Aurora CreationsOur Story Begins
Emma started her bridal business called Aurora Creations with a friend Sue Corrigan. Together they were fresh-faced and keen to look after brides on their special days. Having met in college and shared a house during that time they knew they would work well together. They ended up closing the business when Sue moved back to Wexford and Emma went travelling around South East Asia, ending up in Australia for a year. They are still good friends today and Sue has her own bridal business in Wexford so the entrepreneurial gene is strong in them both!
